Originally from the UK, Dr Martin Langford has been a dental surgeon for over 30 years, with experience working in NHS hospitals, the Royal Air Force as a dental officer, and in private practice in New Zealand. He was also on the Board of a Hawkes Bay-based medical /dental trust for 15 years.

Martin can provide all aspects of general dental treatment from examinations, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, whitening, tooth straightening, and even anti-wrinkle treatments!

Dr. Jaydip Jesani is a kind and compassionate dentist who graduated from The University of Leeds in 2015.

Jay has a special knack for working with anxious patients. He understands that dental anxiety can be a significant barrier to oral health, and he's committed to ensuring that every patient who walks through his door feels at ease. He believes in the power of a positive first experience with the dentist and goes the extra mile to make each patient's visit as comfortable as possible.

Outside of the dental surgery, Jay is a dedicated chicken dad - a unique hobby that exemplifies his caring nature

Dr Josh Stening, an alumnus of the University of Otago, brings with him a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and a genuine passion for dentistry that goes beyond the clinic walls.

His skills in making patients feel at ease, regardless of their dental anxieties, are a testament to his professionalism and empathy.

Josh takes the time to explain all your options, and strives for excellence in dental health, function, and aesthetics.

Outside the practice, Josh enjoys tennis, and a good walk in the Hawke's Bay sun.

PRACTICE MANAGER

Bryony has been with Pearl since day zero. Helping to build Pearl from the ground up alongside her parents, directors Martin & Maree Langford. With 3 years of previous experience, Bryony filled the role of dental surgery assistant when the practice first opened in 2017.

Since then, Bryony has taken on more responsibilities. Through continuous learning and on-the-job experience, she has gained a comprehensive understanding of office management, which combined with her 9 years of dental assisting experience makes her the ideal Practice Manager.

Bryony prides herself on ensuring the practice runs smoothly & efficiently, and creating a warm, welcoming, environment for our patients.
